T-Link Mobile phone behind the ear loop
Hearing aid users have found using mobile phones a frustrating experience, not least because of the interference that is experienced when using the hearing aid T-switch. The T-Link is a low-cost device that uses the audio systems within the mobile phone itself, isolating the radio frequencies from the hearing aid and inductively coupling the audio signals to it when the T-position is selected. There is no need for batteries or other components. The T-Link works in a way similar to hands-free kits, and fits comfortably behind the ear. All you have to do is plug it in, and keep your mobile phone away from your hearing aid (place it on a table or clip it to your belt). A high quality in-line microphone makes sure that your voice is transmitted clearly, and a mute button gives you added flexibility.
