Minicom 6000 Series
The Minicom 6000 and Minicom 6000 Plus have many advanced features, including an answering machine facility with Relay Voice Announcer to tell hearing callers to use Typetalk.
Each can be connected directly to the telephone line or connected acoustically using a suitable telephone handset. The minicom 6000 has a printer port giving you the option of connecting it to an external parallel dot-matrix printer. The Minicom 6000 Plus has a built-in, 24-character printer with 3 different print sizes. A range of sophisticated printing text telephones with full sized keyboards and 80 column printers.
Pro-8000
The Pro-8000, has a one-line, 32 character screen display. It has a built-in wide paper printer. It can only operate by direct connection into a telephone line - no acoustic coupling is available. Large print produced from the printer is also available for this model.
Pro-8000 LVD Textphone
This textphone has a built-in Large Visual Display with a one-line screen format showing 20 extra large characters. This makes this textphone the most suitable product for anyone who would benefit from large character display.
Pro-8000 Gold
The Minicom Pro 8000 Gold has a two line display.
Features of the 8000 series: Text answering machine, saves and prints messages, personalised message to answers calls, selectable number of rings before call is answered, remote message retrieval with password protection.
Minicom Compact
A portable textphone powered by rechargeable batteries enabling hours of use before recharging. It is pocket/handbag sized so you can easily carry it with you and use it with most ordinary telephone handsets. It incorporates all the standard features including a telephone directory for storing names and telephone numbers of all friends and family. An optional carry case for the Compact can be purchased.

Tinnitus Sound Pillow
Tinnitus is a complex condition, but some of the symptoms may be relieved by listening to external sound sources. The Sound Pillow is a Device, which may help people with tinnitus to gain relief while attempting to sleep. It consists of a comfortable pillow incorporating two loudspeakers for connection to a sound source, (typically a Walkman) which is then used as a noise generator.
Tinnitus Naturecare
A special sound enricher to help mask the effects of tinnitus. People with tinnitus may gain relief with the aid of the Tinnitus Masker Naturecare sound enrichment device. It can help relax you with a choice of soothing sounds and make you less aware of the effects of tinnitus. All you have to do is place the semi-spherical unit on a table or other convenient surface and switch to your preferred sound - heartbeats, sea waves, a running stream, birdsong, a woodland glade, falling rain drops or even simple white noise. The device can be switched on or off as required, and a timer can be used to deliver up to 30 minutes of the soothing sounds. Powered by four AA batteries.

This novel device offers all the features of the Tinnitus naturecare but also offers you the option of an aromatherapy function using specialist beads. There are seven sound selections to choose from:
Heartbeat, ocean, fountain, birdsong, summer night, white noise and spring rain. The aromatherapy beads offer fragrances, which can revitalise and refresh, to relax and relieve stress, to energise and motivate, and to impart a general sense of well-being.

This speaker can be used with most audio equipment incorporating a 3.5mm headphone socket, the cable is approximately 2m long and the speaker is placed under the user's pillow, easy volume adjustment is made by a switch on the underside of the pad. It can relieve the symptoms of tinnitus and allow the user to fall asleep without disturbing others.
