All transactions are submitted through Realex online payment systems from the DeafHear.ie web site using a 256bit ssl encrypted certificate.
No credit card or banking details are stored on the DeafHear.ie site.
What is SSL?
SSL is short for Secure Socket Layer.
This means that exchanged information is encrypted and can't be read nor modified during transmission.
Is my bank information protected?
Yes. For your bank information like your account number to be available to others, these others would need access to your information.
All bank details are NOT STORED on the DeafHear.ie web site and ALL banking transactions are relayed through www.realex.ie payments systems, Europe's largest online payment gateway.
How can I keep a record of my transaction?
You will receive an email with a description of your purchase, as well as a invoice number.
