Ear Care

DO use clean towels to dry your ears.
DO only use medication in your ears that has been prescribed for you.
DO ask the doctor how to instil ear drops into the ear.
DO keep ear moulds and in-the-ear hearing aids clean.
DO NOT put anything into your ear.
DO NOT try to clean your ears with cotton buds, hair pins, tooth picks or anything else!
DO NOT get dirty or soapy water in your ears.
