Sandra O'Brien is the Regional Manager responsible for the North East team, based in Dundalk and covering Louth, Meath, Monaghan and Cavan. In Dundalk, the team is co-located with the NCBI Visual Impairment team in the North East Sensory Resource Centre. Sandra has responsibility for administrative management of the national Mental Health & Deafness team.
